Customer Communications & Transactional Printing Print E-mail

i-docsâ„¢ is an enterprise application for organizations that generate large volumes of documents, such as telecom invoices, bank statements, utility bills and other customer documents that are commonly sent by mail mass. The software is used by large Telecom and Finance institutions, such as Vodafone, Wind, and First Data Corporation.

i-docsâ„¢ reduces the costs and increases the speed of service for the creation of customer documents. Banks and Telecom operators now have unprecedented functionality and flexibility to communicate with their customers with attractive and personalized documents. Additionally the creation of sensitive customer documents such as invoices and bank statements can now be a fully auditable and controlled process up to the last stage. i-docsâ„¢ connects to billing, core banking and other back office systems, and automatically creates personalized documents that are prepared for printing, dispatched electronically, or stored for future reference. i-docsâ„¢ is compatible with several Billing and Core Banking systems and both reads and writes back to these systems, without the need for further processing. It is also compatible with all major industrial printing formats. In addition to the core functionality, i-docs provides workflow features giving the customer care department access to an integrated environment through a browser-accessible GUI.

Help desk agents and branch tellers are now able to address customer queries in real time by viewing documents in the exact same way they were printed or otherwise delivered. Also i-docs has data integrity features that allow it to serve as an official repository in electronic form of all customer documents.

The software is 100% based on open platforms and open standards (XML, XSLT, JAVA)
