Additionally the creation of sensitive customer documents such as invoices and bank statements can now be a fully auditable and controlled process up to the last stage. i-docsâ„¢ connects to billing, core banking and other back office systems, and automatically creates personalized documents that are prepared for printing, dispatched electronically, or stored for future reference. i-docsâ„¢ is compatible with several Billing and Core Banking systems and both reads and writes back to these systems, without the need for further processing. It is also compatible with all major industrial printing formats. In addition to the core functionality, i-docs provides workflow features giving the customer care department access to an integrated environment through a browser-accessible GUI.

Help desk agents and branch tellers are now able to address customer queries in real time by viewing documents in the exact same way they were printed or otherwise delivered. Also i-docs has data integrity features that allow it to serve as an official repository in electronic form of all customer documents.
