Basic (e-statements) Print E-mail

ebpp_green_100.pngServe digital personalized copies of your statements (identical to your personalized old-fashion hard-copies) to end-customers through a specialized portal or your existing web-banking application and achieve immediate cost savings.

E-statements will get pushed using e-mail notifications, users will be able to click on email’s body to see the latest prepared e-statement or they could login through bank’s corporate web site. End-customer is able to see all his/her past statements as originally printed.

Consider personalized statements, consider huge volumes and you will realize that you need something specialized to offer to your customers. e-statements portal targets all non-web banking customers, customers that are not very advanced users and that are afraid to perform transactions although they would be interested in an informative channel. Therefore, e-statements web portal has the following characteristics:

  • Support of all browsers and platforms. E-statements should be accessible even from an internet café (been in vacations).
  • Very simple interface.
  • Advanced but in parallel simple authentication mechanisms.
  • Nice Performance because e-statements are prepared before serving through portals.

In order to eliminate complaints about “printing cost delegation”, i-docs supports the usage of specialized photocopiers or printers supporting OTP (=One Time Password). Customer is able to select through e-statements application, those needed to be reprinted and instead of printing them to his/her local full color printer, he/she is able to provide the branch of his/her choice and a password that he/she has to type-in in order to collect them. In most of the cases those printers (and in some times web connected PCs) are located to protected areas inside the banks such as lobbies and kiosks.
