i-docs™ offers organizations a solution that improves their daily operations and allow to exploit existing infrastructure and investments. It is based on Open Architecture (OS - Application Server – DB independent) and Open Standards (pure AJAX, pure java, XML, XSL) and therefore needs no reconfiguration or customization of the internal systems and no changes in the current environment. On the contrary it seamless integrates with the systems that hold the data in any format to use as input (Billing, Core Banking, CRM, ERP, Collections, etc.), collects them and feeds the processes that follow. No data manipulation is required and IT people can automatically create the ready-to-print format or the dispatched files, increase productivity, reduce delivery times, comply with business drivers and solve issues such as capacity, confidentiality, ad-hoc changes and many more. 

Embossed or Documental (Banking Statements, global statements, invoices-bills, credit card, reminder letters, direct marketing, contracts, application forms, etc.), Transactional or Reports (POS, SMS alerts, call records, internal, ATM, operational, etc.), i-docs™ generates and manages all digital or in paper communications either internal or with end-customers. The SW can convert them in multiple formats (xls, csv, pdf, adobe’s flash, html, etc.) and deliver them via many communication channels such as regular mail in envelope, web portal, branches – provisioning centres, email (also with digital signing), SMS, etc.

Large organizations use i-docs™ to process and manage large volumes of documents that are based on transactional data. With i-docs™, Telecom invoices, bank statements, utility bills and other customer or internal communications become dynamic tools for efficient communication and cross selling opportunities. At the same time costs are significantly reduced. i-docs™ documents are automatically generated by combining input from various subsystems such as billing systems, core banking systems, ERP and others. i-docs™ features modules that compose, design, format, archive, distribute electronically, and drive industrial printers and enveloping machines. i-docs™ also includes strong security and workflow mechanisms, and seamlessly connects to other applications such as CRM or Electronic Bill Presentment (EBP) that use i-docs™ documents as input. Help-desk agents can now respond quickly to customer queries and view documents in the exact layout they were delivered to the customers.

Document formats can be easily altered or even chosen on the fly, allowing for document personalization according to data included in the documents or rules input in the system. i-docs™ features a powerful rule engine that generates different content and formats of the same documents, according to criteria drawn by Marketing, Operations, Legal or other departments.

The electronic version of each document is stored in XML (eXtensible Markup Language) format, that preserves the original transactional data. Using the open XML standard as “blueprint”, i-docs™ allows for verification of data by auditors wherever required. i-docs™ transforms XML and distributes different versions of each document in paper, web-based, mobile phone, spreadsheet application or any other open or proprietary format. Furthermore,
i-docs™ dispatches batches in the appropriate order and format and includes features for driving industrial printers.

A robust high throughput enterprise application that can be part of a mission critical operation, it includes data integrity safeguards and a management console for complete control of large batches and sensitive tasks. i-docs™ also serves as the official electronic auditable repository of customer documentation or internal transactional data.
