The internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 for a Quality Management System that is currently established in our Organization, proves that i-DOCS keeps on following the basis of a certification path that optimizes our internal processes and those with our Customers.
i-DOCS has already established, implements, maintains, and continually improves a Quality Management System (QMS) covering all business services, functions and activities therein, in accordance with the international Standard ISO 9001:2015.
i-DOCS certifications, reflect the importance we show in protecting our Customers and our activities which include Development, Deployment, Sales, Distribution, Support and Maintenance Services of Software Products.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013, is a globally-recognized Information Security Standard maintained by the International Organization for Standardization. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS) within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks, tailored to the needs of the organization.
By establishing and documenting the context in which the ISMS is established and implemented, the Organization can ensure that the scope of its ISMS and the objectives for Information Security have been appropriately determined.

The preparation along the certification path, was awarded and fully performed by ADACOM, a company with strong expertise and executive consultants in the area of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), ISO standards such as ISO27001, ISO22301 and PCI-DSS, while also Regulations and Directives such as GDPR, NIS and so on.
ISO 22301:2019 is a globally recognized standard that establishes the requirements for implementing, maintaining and continually improving a robust business continuity management system.

ISO37001:2016 certification helps prevent, detect and address bribery by adopting an anti-bribery policy, appointing a person to oversee anti-bribery compliance, training, risk assessments and due diligence on projects and business associates, implementing financial and commercial controls, and instituting reporting and investigation procedures.
