i-DOCS EBPP provides a self service portal where users can view their transactions & charges perform and store their own queries/reports on a data level (calls, recurring or once-off service fees and discounts), manage their accounts,  specific groups or departments for multi-contract customers, and deliver just the right amount of content to the right person by creating customized user profiles.

i-DOCS EBPP is an “off-the-shelf “ multilingual product built on architecture industry standards. It uses a fully Web 2.0 based browser and open source based, client OS agnostic platform. It provides a quick-to-market solution and can be easily integrated with 3rd party systems, such as billing, ERP and CRM. It extends Customer Relationship Management initiatives by enabling end-customers to have more control on how they handle their bills.


  • Users can tag calls  with “category tags” and correlate telephone numbers with owner names using “name tags”.

  • Perform a historical spending analysis or view a rich set of predefined graphs with usage analysis information using past billing data.

  • Users are notified via SMS and/or eMail when the latest statement/bill can be uploaded, when profiles are changed or when password re-submission has been authenticated via an OTP mechanism.
