Eurobank - Upgrade to i-DOCS version 9 delivered
i-DOCS announces the successful completion of the upgrade project to i-DOCS Customer Communications Management v9 at Eurobank Greece, through an excellent collaboration between the teams of both Organizations. i-DOCS 9, that is currently being used - among others - for the generation, electronic archiving and dispatching of Statements, Letters & Confirmations, will provide Eurobank a more efficient and productive operation, required to cover the increased volume management needs regarding document generation and electronic distribution to its wide clientele.โ

By upgrading to i-DOCS version 9, Eurobank will mainly benefit from:

the redesign of new flows regarding the improvement of input and parsing of source data,

the redesign of task monitoring tool, which provides better visibility and management of the running tasks,

the integrated state-of-the-art identity and access management system,

the improved application and software security which was designed, developed, tested and implemented, based on Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) guidelines,

the improved system security regarding the Integration with Eurobank’s external systems such as Core banking, Alternative channels, e-banking, etc.

Furthermore, by following i-DOCS upgrade path, Eurobank ensures a modern, secure and efficient infrastructure, while at the same time is looking forward for further development of additional functionalities and features, in order to continue applying its digital transformation strategy.
