Following our Strategy regarding 𝗶-𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗦 certifications, we are proud to announce that our Quality Management System is certified to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 for a Quality Management System that is currently established in our Organization, proves that i-DOCS keeps on following the basis of a certification path (deployed back in 2021) that optimizes our internal processes and those with our Customers.

i-DOCS certifications, reflect the importance we show in protecting our Customers and our activities which include Development, Deployment, Sales, Distribution, Support and Maintenance Services of Software Products.

i-DOCS consistently provides Software Solutions and Services that meet the applicable Legal and Regulatory requirements of Customers.

One of the primary goals of i-DOCS, is to enhance Customer Satisfaction through the effective implementation of our Solutions and Services, including System Improvement Procedures while ensuring Customer Compliance and applicable Legal and Regulatory requirements both in Greece and internationally.

​i-DOCS, continues its upward course with important initiatives by following specific Strategy and Development plan both on the Organization and Product level as well as with the process of obtaining certifications, this is why the Management team is already discussing the upcoming ISO certifications, within 2023.
