A Presales Consultant drives any presales activities that will assist in selling i-DOCS Customer Communications Management solutions to customers

Role duties
  • Compose and submit Technical Proposals
  • Fulfill customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion
  • Qualify and help close sales opportunities
  • Conduct Presales activities by driving regional revenue
  • Assist in combined Sales and Marketing activities
  • Maintain and develop existing and prospective customers
  • Assist regional business development activities
  • Install and maintain demos and software on presales equipment
Responsibilities
  • Cooperate effectively with Consultants, Developers and Sales in order to meet contractual obligations
  • Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge
  • Market and competition study Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
  • Develop a network of key contacts to establish strong customer relationships and partnerships
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
Required Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field
  • Knowledge of CCM (or Output Management) industry will be considered as an asset
  • Sales skills will be considered as an asset
  • Experience in preparing business solution proposals and provide corporate presentation to senior management
  • Knowledge of competitive products for each of i-DOCS products will be considered as an asset
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel if necessary (not frequently)
  • Prior experience within presales
  • Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working with multiple stakeholders
