Exciting News: i-DOCS Output Management Now Available as PaaS on Microsoft Azure

i-DOCS – an IDEAL Holdings Business Unit announces that i-DOCS Output Management is now accessible as Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) on Azure App Service, marking a significant advancement in our capabilities. Leveraging Azure App Service as the core management hub provides unparalleled benefits, including streamlined code deployment, flexible scalability and seamless application configuration updates. 

With i-DOCS Output Management on Azure App Service, customers can now benefit from automatic clustering facilitated by virtual networking for seamless node-to-node communication. Furthermore, the integration with Azure App Service empowers users to scale out operations effortlessly. This fully managed cloud platform from Microsoft enables dynamic adjustments to cluster size, ensuring optimal performance based on service load and other customizable factors. 

It should be mentioned that i-DOCS now supports distributed transactions over distributed architecture in a zone-redundant topology, leveraging Azure availability zones. This type of deployment ensures high availability, resiliency and reliability for our customers, by utilizing three physically separate data centers within the selected Azure region.
